Coral Rock Development Group and Aligned Real Estate Holdings propose 5.9 million square feet of warehouses on about 380 acres at the southeast corner of Florida's Turnpike and SW 122nd Avenue, about two miles from Biscayne National Park. The county commission moves the urban development boundary for it on 1 November 2022 and overrides Mayor Levine Cava's veto on 15 November 2022, the first boundary expansion since 2013. The state finds in 2023 that the approval came after the statutory deadline and a Leon County circuit judge voids it in March 2024 over the missed 180 day deadline; the backers claimed 7,000 jobs. The developers said they could appeal.
