Homestead based I and A Holding Group files a pre application in May 2025 for two eight story buildings with 229 apartments on 3.64 acres at 28400 South Dixie Highway, replacing a 7,989 square foot warehouse, with 57 workforce units at 60 to 140 percent of area median income, 2,300 square feet of retail and 154 parking spaces. Modis Architects designs it in two phases of 109 and 110 units.
