Abreu Development buys 20.2 acres of farmland west of SW 137th Avenue in Homestead for $9.5 million in January 2026 and proposes Sunstone: 200 apartments in four buildings, 56,530 square feet of retail in five buildings including a car wash and drive through restaurant, a clubhouse and 789 parking spaces, designed by Cabrera Ramos Architects.
