AMC Development Group buys 6.6 acres at 12501 SW 236th Street for $3.5 million in 2022, files a pre application in March 2023 for 512 units and by December 2023 revises it to 248 one and two bedroom apartments in three stories with about 13 percent workforce units, a pool and 376 parking spaces, designed by Cabrera Ramos Architects. Rezoning to a high density apartment district is required.
