Beacon Hill, through 23815 South Dixie LLC, buys 2.6 vacant acres at 23815 South Dixie Highway for $2.55 million in 2024 and starts construction in 2025 on 112 apartments in three stories for tenants earning up to 120 percent of area median income, reported as the first Live Local Act project in the area to break ground. CTD Architecture designs it, Coastland Construction builds it and completion is expected in early 2026.
