The 18 hole par 72 public course at 2300 SE Palm Drive opens in 1990 as the centerpiece of Keys Gate. It closes on 9 October 2014 because the owner finds it not financially viable. The 2023 Keys Gate III approval rebuilds part of it as an executive course open to the public.
