MRK Partners and Cypress Equity Investments build an eight story, 227 unit apartment building for residents aged 62 and over earning up to 60 percent of area median income at 11251 Caribbean Boulevard. ANF Group breaks ground in March 2023 and tops out the building in July 2023, with delivery set for 2024. Financing comes from the Housing Finance Authority of Miami-Dade County, Florida Housing Finance Corporation and R4 Capital.
