Jacksonville based Vestcor Companies builds Ambar Station, 576 apartments in two eight story and two three story buildings on 7.8 acres at 27742 and 27860 South Dixie Highway, designed by Anillo Toledo Lopez, with 852 parking spaces including 158 for electric vehicles and 8,300 square feet of commercial space.
