The map, the reference pages, the PDF and the workbook are all generated from one data file, so the counts never disagree. Version 1.0.1, data version 2026.09.11, generated 2026-09-11, current through 11 September 2026.

What is in the data

371 nodes of 14 kinds (62 projects, 47 persons, 42 places, 41 developers, 27 employers, 26 events, 24 organisations, 19 gathering places, 19 plans, 17 stations, 16 agencys, 13 programs, 12 roads, 6 familys), each assigned to one of ten layers of the place and to one of 15 community hubs, the corridor wide South Dade hub or Outside South Dade.

811 directed edges of 13 types: located in (290), connects (100), developed (75), planned (61), shaped (50), founded (47), became (43), funded (40), hosted at (28), anchors (26), spawned (26), partner (18), moved to (7). Every node carries a confidence grade (High, Medium or Low), source ids, a status as of the cutoff date, an entity status, a historical state relative to Hurricane Andrew, a place year with its basis, a pin with its basis, and computed metrics: degree, distinct neighbours, betweenness on the full graph and betweenness on the moves and capital graph. Developers and people carry a role class.

The source register holds 401 sources (126 press, 121 reference, 109 official, 30 database, 15 plan), cited by id beside claims in the reference, in the node entries and in the Sources column of the workbook.
