Alta Developers starts construction in October 2025 on the 308 unit first phase of Princeton Commons at 24550 SW 127th Avenue after closing a $60 million construction loan: nine buildings of three to seven stories on 9.8 acres with 417 parking spaces, designed by MSA Architects. A 226 unit second phase in seven buildings is approved but not yet started.
