Atlantic Pacific Companies with East Coast Development Enterprise, EAC Developers and Palmetto Homes of Miami build Quail Roost Station at 10235 SW 186th Street beside the South Dade Transitway station. Phase one with 200 affordable apartments opens in April 2025 and phase two, a ten story building with 124 senior units, breaks ground in August 2024 with $31 million in Wells Fargo equity and $4.96 million in county surtax funds.
