Berkowitz Development Group buys 19 acres west of the speedway between SW 152nd Avenue and Park of Commerce Boulevard for $6.7 million in January 2023. The firm builds three Class A industrial buildings totalling about 281,625 square feet at Park of Commerce Boulevard and SE 28th Avenue and lists them as newly completed. The City of Homestead celebrates the grand opening in 2026.
