Bluenest Development assembles 20.3 acres at the southeast corner of SW 192nd Avenue (Tower Road) and SW 328th Street (Lucy Street) for $12.5 million across three 2024 deals and proposes 219 three and four bedroom townhomes in 28 two story buildings designed by Pascual Perez Kiliddjian Starr.
