The Homestead City Council approves Keys Gate III on 19 April 2023: 1,287 dwelling units on about 206 acres plus 51 single family homes on ten acres, with a rebuilt 18 hole executive golf course, clubhouse and restaurant open to the public. The applicant is Keys Gate III Trust and the plan uses the last unit allocation of the Villages of Homestead DRI. Lennar files the same site as Altamira at 1800 Palm Drive in June 2022 with 385 single family homes, 480 townhomes and 491 villas and now sells Altamira collections there.
