Bear Atlantic Group proposes Homestead Commons on 4.25 acres at 16825 SW 304th Street, replacing a 1959 Haitian church owned by Ministere Jesus Haitian with an eight story building of 426 apartments and townhouses, 4,224 square feet of commercial space, 626 parking spaces and a new 10,074 square foot church. Berenblum Busch Architects designs it and rezoning is pending in November 2025.
