The SW 344th Street (Palm Drive) transit terminal in Florida City becomes the southern end of the busway on 16 December 2007. It is the southern terminus of Metro Express routes 601 and 602 from 27 October 2025 and of Metrobus route 35, with a park and ride lot. The DTPW map shows it as a terminal station beside the 14 new BRT stations.
