The Rotary Club of Homestead Charitable Foundation's Stone Crab and Seafood Festival starts in Key Largo and, having outgrown it, moves in its second year to the Homestead Sports Complex at 1601 SE 28th Avenue with the city's cooperation on 26 and 27 January 2019. Proceeds fund scholarships, the Homestead Soup Kitchen and local nonprofits. The club also donates to the Homestead Soup Kitchen with the city in 2024.
