The Town of Cutler Bay Parks and Recreation Department holds its 2023 Holiday Celebration and Golf Cart Parade at Cutler Ridge Park with about 300 golf carts and 2,000 attendees, Santa photos, food trucks and live music, doubling as a toy drive for Holtz Children's Hospital. Mayor Tim Meerbott and council members ride in decorated carts.
