The Mangowood Homeowners Association and neighbours hold an annual Santa parade of decorated golf carts, a fire truck and police cars through the Mangowood neighbourhood, developed in 1958, entering at SW 152nd Street and 84th Court. Councilmember Fiore says it has run since at least his first election in 2010, which is the first documented year; the 2025 edition is on 20 December.
