The city names its small downtown park for the Losner family in the 1990s. A Sasaki designed rebuild begins in December 2020 and the park reopens in November 2022, expanded from 0.68 to 3 acres with a covered stage for more than 1,500 people, an event lawn, a play area and a veterans memorial. The roughly 6 million dollar project is paid from impact fees and grants.
