Peter and Denisse Schnebly make their first tropical fruit wine in 2004 and open Schnebly Redland's Winery to the public in 2005 at 30205 SW 217th Avenue. The winery uses avocado, guava, lychee, mango and passion fruit from the Redland and calls itself the southernmost winery in the continental United States. In 2014 the winery and brewery together employ 34 people.
