Peter and Denisse Schnebly begin making wine from their tropical fruit in the fall of 2003 and open Schnebly Redland's Winery at 30205 SW 217th Avenue, the first winery in Miami-Dade County. It makes mango, guava, lychee, passion fruit and carambola wines and later adds a brewery.
