The ACS 2017 to 2021 five year estimate (table B01003) puts 245,304 people in the eight ZIP Code Tabulation Areas (ZCTAs) 33030, 33031, 33032, 33033, 33034, 33035, 33170 and 33189. It is the first ACS vintage to use 2020 Census based population controls, which is why the figure jumps 13,550 over the 2016 to 2020 vintage of 231,754.
