Valle Valle and Partners lead a four day charrette in 2024 that organises 245 acres of central Homestead into a Civic Center, an East Civic District, a Campbell Drive District on the old city hall site and the Krome Avenue downtown, with about 4,900 new homes at an average of 20 units per acre and heights capped at six storeys. The plan wins the APA Florida Award of Excellence for Public Outreach in 2025.
